In 2015, we start to produce military & tactical uniform fabric with close to 150 looms with 12 million meters annual production capacity with sister company. However, we also request from global partners on supporting synthetic woven fabrics, knitted fabric and laminated fabrics in terms of supply all materials of uniform tender.

We decided on S&A Chemical & Textile has to focus on all fabrics for textile uniform tenders. In 6 years, we reached more than 40 partners and several segments.

SPINNING: We have contracted partners in spinning to produce cotton-polyester-polyamide 6.6- viscose and its blends with or without elastane. In Vortex-open end- ring and combed spinning system from 10s to 60s. Capacity 15.000 tons annually.

YARN DYEING: Our partners with our technical support are capable of vat-reactive-disperse dyeing and yarn twisting for warping and knitting from 10s to 40s. Capacity 3.000tons annually.

WEAVING: Our partners with our technical support are producing pure cotton-polyester-polyamide-polyamide 6.6- viscose fabrics, fabrics that made up of any blends with any ratio of these fibers with over 30 million meters annual capacity.

KNITTING: Our support and global raw material supply chain, we can produce single jersey, double jersey, pique, double face and 3D fabrics with or without elastane. Capacity is more than 7.900 tons annually. Our products are cotton-polyester-polyamide 6- polyamide 6.6 -viscose- polypropylene blends with or without elastane.

DYEHOUSE: Our products are dyeing vat-reactive-disperse-metal complex- pigment dyeing techniques. With a capacity of 25 million meters woven annual, 4.000 tons knitted fabric annual capacity.

PRINTING: Especially for military we are supplying woven and knitted fabric, vat-pigment-disperse printing with 15million meters annual capacity.

FINISHING: Fleece-Carbon-Liza-Turban finishes requested by Middle East Military fabrics for better touch.

TECHNICAL FINISHING: Oil & Water Repellency one face or double face applications, Moisture Management Applications, Anti-bacterial, Anti-mosquito and Flame Retardant application can be done up to the requested contract terms up to 25 washes durability.

LAMINATION: PTFE, e-PTFE, PU, TPU, PE membrane application for especially winter coat, raincoat, sleeping bags. We are also working with requested standards, which tighter than fashion or standard products. Capacity is 3 million meters annually.
